The Aquila 54 is a 54-foot fiberglass power catamaran built on a proven design that balances cruising range, stability, and living space. Twin 480-horsepower Volvo D6 engines drive the hull, supported by dual bow thrusters for precision maneuvering. The catamaran hull form delivers the beam and flotation needed for a spacious interior while maintaining reasonable draft for exploring shallow anchorages.
Accommodation spans four cabins and four heads, with a full-beam forward master and three guest cabins. The galley sits forward, opening to a generous salon that extends to the flybridge. A flybridge option offers either open or covered configuration with wet bar, electrical barbecue, refrigeration, and ice maker. The layout sleeps six to eight and can accommodate up to 30 passengers for day cruising.
Systems and equipment reflect a cruising-focused design. Fuel capacity of 2,200 liters and water capacity of 1,000 liters support extended passages. A 21-kilowatt generator, water maker capable of 189 liters per hour, and air conditioning throughout the yacht provide self-sufficiency. Navigation includes an offshore package with dual Raymarine plotters, radar, and AIS. Solar panels and an inverter/charger system support auxiliary power needs. Additional features include a washer-dryer, dishwasher, convection oven, and entertainment prefitting throughout.
A lifting crane system with fixed platform accommodates a tender, and an included 14-foot RIB with 40-horsepower Mercury outboard extends explorations beyond the mothership. Deck systems include freshwater and seawater wash pumps, underwater LED lighting, and remote-controlled windlass.
