The 2024 Cape Horn 34XS is a 35-foot fiberglass sportfish designed for serious offshore work. Built on Cape Horn's advanced hull with a 23-degree deadrise, the boat delivers the smooth, dry ride the brand is known for, even on extended runs far offshore. Twin Suzuki 350 outboards provide 700 horsepower, with approximately 145 hours on the engines and warranty coverage through December 2031. A 2024 AmeraTrail triple-axle trailer is included.
The boat carries 275 gallons of fuel and draws just 22 inches, enabling access to shallow grounds. The 34XS model emphasizes extra seating and storage for extended fishing trips. A full suite of Garmin electronics includes dual 8616 XSV touchscreens, radar, Reactor 40 autopilot, VHF radio, and a B175 thru-hull transducer. A Garmin Kraken trolling motor with 36V lithium battery and sea-swivel mount is installed on a wireless ROKK charging system.
Fishing amenities are comprehensive: RUPP outriggers with 18-foot poles, four electric reel plugs (two forward, two aft), a windlass anchor with 600 feet of line, and a FLIR M232 thermal camera. Onboard systems include a vacu-flush toilet, Fusion stereo, LED light bar, and MOB kill switch. The boat received a full detail with ceramic coating and was delivered new in December 2024.
