This 2024 Cobalt R6 Surf is a 25-foot fiberglass ski and wakeboard boat powered by a single 380-horsepower Volvo Penta V8 inboard/outboard engine. The deep V hull design delivers stability and performance, with a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 50 knots. The boat has logged 100 engine hours.

The layout centers on watersports capability. Six ballast tanks enable wave customization, and the boat includes ski pylon and wakeboard racks for towing. Seating options span the boat: convertible sundeck lounger forward, Varadense comfort seating in the helm area, flip-back passenger seat, and an aft-facing rumble seat. A bow walk-thru door connects these areas, and snap-in carpet with neoprene backing covers the interior. The swim platform features a flip-down step and Sof-Trac mat.

Electronics include dual Garmin 743 glass cockpit displays, depth and water temperature sensors, and an illuminated stainless steel switch panel with dual 12V accessory power. A Bluetooth sound system with six speakers provides entertainment with iPod, USB, and MP3 connectivity. A dash remote control manages functions from the helm. The head is enclosed with a porta potti, and a removable 36-quart cooler is included.

The hull incorporates Kevlar reinforcement, composite floor and transom, and a fiberglass stringer system. Deck features include stainless steel windshield and platform rail, anchor locker, fender clips with lines, electric windlass, and an LED transom model designator. The boat is equipped with dual battery switch with automatic charging relay, circuit breaker protected electrical system, fire extinguishers, and ignition safety switch.
