2024 Cobalt R8 Outboard

The 2024 Cobalt R8 Outboard is a 27.83-foot bowrider built on a fiberglass Deep Vee hull designed for smooth, stable performance. Twin Mercury Verado outboard engines, each rated at 300 horsepower, provide 600 total horsepower for responsive handling and speed. The engines show minimal running time at 130 hours.

The boat features a thoughtfully appointed interior with Frost/Slate upholstery and Dark Driftwood trim accents. The cockpit includes a dinette table with teak detailing and Seagrass flooring in Silver Ash, along with both bow and aft walk-through filler cushions. Navigation is managed through a Glass Cockpit setup with twin Garmin 8610 touch screens. Additional comfort and convenience options include a premium sound system with transom speakers and remote, RGB LED interior accent lighting, leather-wrapped steering wheel, wireless phone charger holder, and trim tabs with indicators.

The boat is well-equipped for water recreation and entertaining. The open bow and cockpit areas benefit from removable tonneau covers in Ebony, while a folding electric arch tower with Ebony Bimini provides sun protection. A ski tow pylon accommodates watersports, and the swim platform features steps and Sof-Trac matting for safe access. Additional features include underwater RGB lighting, a windlass with all-chain anchor system, mooring cover, air compressor with holder, battery maintainer, tool kit, and stainless steel foot tread at the helm.

A tandem-axle Venture trailer is included with the boat. The exterior finish is a custom three-color scheme in Cabernet Red with white arch tower.
