The 2024 Codecasa F242 is a full custom aluminium motor yacht designed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture and built by the Italian family shipyard Codecasa. At nearly 79 feet, she combines a timeless, retro-inspired profile with modern naval engineering and performance. Twin MAN diesel engines produce 3,100 horsepower, delivering a maximum speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. With a fuel capacity exceeding 8,500 litres, she achieves an extended range of approximately 1,500 nautical miles at 9 knots.
The interior reflects meticulous craftsmanship throughout, featuring rich woodwork, high-end fittings, and vintage-inspired design elements integrated with contemporary onboard systems. Six cabins accommodate the owner and guests with generous living spaces. The accommodation plan balances classic elegance with modern comfort and functionality.
The yacht is equipped with a zero-speed gyroscopic stabiliser for superior comfort while anchored. A spacious sundeck includes sunpads and a large swim platform. An intimate beach club provides direct water access. A hidden 1,500-kilogram hydraulic crane enables launching and recovery of tenders and water toys. The hull is built to RINA class and constructed entirely in aluminium for strength and efficiency. The yacht was built under close oversight by a dedicated project manager and remains under shipyard warranty through July 2026.
