2024 Contender 35 ST

The 2024 Contender 35 ST is a center-console fishing boat powered by triple Yamaha 300 V6 outboards producing 900 total horsepower. The engines have approximately 400 hours of runtime and carry warranty coverage through November 2030. With a beam of nearly 10 feet and an overall length of 34 feet, the yacht combines offshore capability with a manageable footprint. The hull is finished in white with black bottom paint, recently refreshed in May 2026.

The boat is comprehensively equipped for serious offshore work. Navigation and electronics include dual Garmin 8617 GPSMAP displays, a Garmin Fantom open array 4-foot radar, upgraded Garmin GSD 26 sounder, and Starlink connectivity. A SIONYX night vision camera, Yamaha autopilot, and dual Icom VHF radios with AIS receiving round out the bridge. The Minn Kota Quest Instinct trolling motor features auto-deploy capability and mounts a 120 Ah lithium battery with Bluetooth monitoring and integrated charger. A Seakeeper SK2 gyro stabilizer is installed.

The fishing setup includes Gemlux 22-foot telescoping outrigger poles, upgraded livewells with clear lids and dedicated lights, four electric reel outlets, an aft fishbox with overboard drain via gulper pump, and an under-gunwale rod rack. The hardtop is accompanied by a three-sided enclosure with wing panels. Additional features include fresh and salt water washdowns, underwater lighting in white and blue, under-gunwale lighting, electric head with Y valve, Livorsi trim tabs, and a JL Audio sound system. The helm pod seats wrap forward with a removable cockpit bench, and the coaming bolsters feature baseball stitching detail.
