2024 Contender 39 Fisharound

The 2024 Contender 39 Fisharound is a walkaround fishing boat powered by three Yamaha 450-horsepower engines, delivering 1,350 total horsepower. Built from fiberglass with a 39-foot length and 10.83-foot beam, this freshwater boat has never seen saltwater use. The engines carry approximately 350 hours of runtime.

The cabin includes sleeping quarters, air conditioning, a microwave, refrigerator, flat-screen television, and an electric cooking stove. Navigation and fish-finding equipment comprises dual Simrad 19-inch GPS and depth-finder displays, a Simrad Open Array radar system, and a VHF radio. An integrated autopilot and joystick steering enhance control and convenience.

Fishing-focused features include dual transom livewells with lighting, six electric reel outlets, a rear-facing seating cooler with chiller plate, a removable rear bench seat, and an oversized coffin box lounger. A sea chest provides through-hull seawater intake. Deck lighting consists of underwater lights, a light bar, spreader lights, and under-gunnel lighting. A fresh and saltwater washdown system with dual bow stations supports deck work.

Additional systems and conveniences include trim tabs, an electric head, a freshwater sink, full coaming bolsters, a three-sided weather enclosure, and a windlass anchor system. An over-the-top JL audio system provides entertainment. The boat comes with a 2024 AmeraTrail triple-axle trailer.
