The De Cesari 62 is a 62-foot motor yacht featuring classic lines and a semi-planing wooden hull with inverted stern and deep variable-geometry V-shape. Twin MAN diesel engines of 1,460 total horsepower drive the boat to a maximum speed of 24 knots, with a cruising speed of 16 knots. Shaft-line propulsion uses a four-blade propeller, and joystick control is fitted for ease of maneuvering.
The interior spans two levels and includes an owner's cabin forward with ensuite bathroom, two guest cabins each with independent heads, and a crew cabin with separate access. All cabins feature furnishings made in-house. The deck layout offers an expansive cockpit suitable for fishing or cruising, a forward sundeck that functions as a large living area, a flybridge equipped for comfortable cruising with an integral tender davit, and flush hatches throughout for ventilation.
The hull is constructed from five layers of crossed mahogany laminate on mahogany frames, built to ISO standards. The deck comprises a deckhouse, flybridge, and level working deck. A tender with hydraulic davit is included as part of the boat's equipment.
