The 2024 Donzi 39 VRZ is a 38.67-foot center console powered by three Mercury 400M Verado outboards producing 1,200 horsepower total. Built on a composite hull, this boat features DTS electronic controls, a bow thruster, and hydraulic trim tabs for responsive handling.

The helm is equipped with dual Garmin 8616 16-inch multifunction displays, a VesselView 903 display, and joystick control for precision maneuvering. Navigation and communication gear includes a handheld VHF radio with onboard charger. The entertainment package features a JL Audio stereo upgrade, and ambient lighting throughout includes RGB LED transom underwater lights, RGB LED cupholders, and a Shadow-Caster RGB lighting control system.

Seating spans the boat with a helm seat and forward-facing bolster in the second row, a rear sport bench with dual loungers, and a folding helm footrest.
