The 2024 Freeman 42LR is a 42-foot center console powered by four Mercury 400hp V10 engines. With 200 hours on the engines, the boat delivers a cruising speed of 47 knots and a top speed of 71 knots. The fiberglass hull features a gray finish with color-matched hardtop and black piping, complemented by a custom hardtop with dual-row rocket launcher.
The deck is built for serious fishing and entertaining. A forward sunpad includes integrated rod holders, while dual pressurized livewells, Gemlux carbon fiber outriggers with center rigger, and fresh and saltwater washdowns support fishing operations. An anchor windlass and underwater lighting complete the exterior package. The layout includes an enclosed helm with professional-grade electronics: dual Garmin multifunction displays, xHD radar, autopilot, and integrated GPS. Additional systems include Starlink internet, FLIR night vision, an Icom VHF radio, and Mercury joystick piloting for precise control.
The helm also features a Mercury VesselView display for engine monitoring, trim tabs, and a Fusion stereo system with upgraded speakers. Wireless phone charging rounds out the cabin amenities. Below deck, a battery charger supports the electrical systems.
