2024 Hanse 588

The Hanse 588 is a 54.76-foot modern cruising motor yacht built in fiberglass. Powered by a single 150 hp Yammer diesel engine, she achieves a cruising speed of 11 knots and a maximum speed of 8 knots. The design combines comfortable cruising capability with a spacious cockpit and bright saloon suited to both active sailing and time at anchor.

Accommodation consists of four cabins and four heads. The layout includes a master cabin with enhanced sound insulation, two guest cabins, and a crew cabin, offering flexible arrangements for extended cruising. The yacht is thoughtfully equipped for autonomous operation, with a Fischer Panda 10 kW generator, a Victron Energy Smart LiFePO₄ lithium battery bank of 300 Ah capacity, and a 1,000 W Solbian solar panel installation. Water production is handled by an Aquaprime Eco D 150 water maker rated at 180 liters per hour.

Additional equipment includes a Williams 280 tender. Air conditioning, water making, and all 220V systems draw power from the battery bank, supporting extended time away from shore services.
