The 2024 HCB 39 Speciale is a 41-foot center console built from fiberglass, powered by twin Mercury engines producing 1,200 horsepower total. The boat reaches speeds up to 60 knots and cruises at 45 knots, with joystick control for precise handling.

The layout includes a single cabin with one head, providing overnight accommodations and necessary facilities for extended use. The helm and console design are typical of HCB's approach to offshore center console construction.

Both engines underwent full service in November 2025. The boat's systems are operational throughout, with attention paid to maintenance and overall condition since new.
