The 2024 Hewescraft 240 Ocean Pro Hardtop is a 26.67-foot aluminum runabout powered by twin Yamaha 325 hp engines. The full hardtop with bulkhead door provides weather protection, while the two-station helm setup—main controls plus a secondary 25 hp station at the bulkhead—offers flexible operation. The diamond-plated fishing deck, rear livewell, and extensive rod storage (roof and side-mounted rocket holders, pre-wired for Scotty downriggers) support serious fishing use.
The cabin layout includes driver and passenger medium-duty suspension seats and sleeper bench seating. Navigation and communication are handled by dual Garmin electronics: a GPSMAP 1243XZV and a 942 with dual frequency sounder capability, plus a Garmin VHF 215 radio and GT-51 TM transducer. A Garmin GT-51 TM transducer provides sounder data, and the boat carries a Fusion stereo for entertainment.
Operational features include trim tabs with indicator, hydraulic steering, dual wipers, and a diesel heater with defrost. The electrical system runs on dual Optima batteries with switch and charger, supported by a three-bank onboard charger. Additional equipment comprises a swim step ladder, washdown system, stainless steel propeller, and a three-bank battery charger. The trailer comes fitted with disc brakes, custom wheels, and a spare tire. Two-tone paint finishes the hull in charcoal and white.
