The 2024 Highfield Patrol 660 is a 21-foot rigid inflatable boat built on a high tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminum hull paired with ORCA® Hypalon tubing. Powered by a single 150 hp Yamaha engine, it combines durability with manageable weight, making it straightforward to tow, launch, and recover. The aluminum construction resists water absorption and delamination, preserving performance over time without the degradation common to other materials.
The boat features a self-draining deck finished in brushed foam teak, with anti-slip surfaces throughout and a heavy-duty rubbing strake for protection. The design includes an integrated under-deck fuel tank, integrated transom supports, and a transom ladder. A steering wheel, carbon dash, and full electrical packages for both console and boat systems support straightforward operation. Integrated davit lifting eyes and towing eyes are positioned for safe handling.
Standard equipment encompasses a bow cushion, integrated rear seat with cushion, foot pump, oars, and repair kit. Flush-mount non-return valves and lifting points are built in. A Highfield Dry Bag is included. An aluminum bunk trailer is provided with the boat.
