The Infiniti 60 Powercat Coupe is a 60-foot catamaran built from resin-infused carbon fiber composite, combining innovative foil-assisted technology with diesel propulsion. Twin Mercury engines deliver 1,200 horsepower and drive the boat to a top speed of 40 knots. The design incorporates a dynamic stability system that reduces fuel consumption by up to 35 percent while maintaining a modest beam of just over 21 feet, allowing conventional slip berthing without oversized arrangements. The hull shape permits beach landings as well.
The Coupe layout provides three double cabins and two heads, with accommodation for a crew cabin as an option. The interior, designed in partnership with Design Unlimited, balances performance engineering with refined finishes and comfort throughout.
Built using resin-infused carbon fiber construction, the boat achieves an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The composite build and foil system work together to optimize both range and ride quality across varied sea states.
