2024 Key West 263 FS

This 2024 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha 200 outboards with approximately 70 hours of engine time. The boat combines fishing capability with modern technology and comfortable outdoor spaces for a range of activities on the water.

Navigation and communication are handled by a Garmin GPSMap 1243xsv chartplotter paired with a Garmin VHF radio. Engine monitoring uses Yamaha digital gauges, while digital steering and throttles provide precise boat control. Entertainment comes from a Fusion MS-RA670 head unit driving eight 6.5-inch Fusion speakers throughout the boat.

The fishing setup includes dual aft livewells, a fishbox with macerator pump, and a tackle storage locker. A side boarding door with integrated ladder aids deck access.
