2024 Northstar Orion 8

The 2024 Northstar Orion 8 is a 26-foot composite RIB designed as a luxury cruising tender and dayboat. It accommodates a single-engine setup rated up to 350 horsepower and features the Evo-2 Stepped Hull, which combines stability and strength with high-speed performance characteristics. The Class B offshore design represents Northstar's approach to mid-range cruising RIBs, blending functional aesthetics with practical engineering.

The boat's layout includes one head and flexible seating with twin flip-up seats, along with a foldable table for casual entertaining. A 36-liter Igloo cooler, large storage compartments, and an acrylic glove box with USB charging keep provisions and gear accessible. The swim platform accommodates water activities, equipped with a stainless steel swim ladder.

Standard equipment includes Silvertex marine upholstery, a tempered glass windshield, hydraulic steering, and a full electrical plant with navigation and basic interior lighting. Hypalon tubes provide durability, while stainless steel grab handles at the console and aft seat support safety and movement. Automatic bilge pumps, telescopic cleats, and swim platform fittings complete the standard specification package.
