2024 Rafnar 40 Cabin
About This Yacht
The 2024 Rafnar 40 Cabin is a center console designed around the builder's patented ÖK Hull, a design originally developed for military and coast guard use that prioritizes seakeeping and shock mitigation. Powered by three Mercury 500 Racing engines producing 1,500 horsepower combined, the boat reaches a maximum speed of 56 knots with a cruising speed of 50 knots. The fiberglass hull is built under Lloyd's Register certification and features a wider beam than previous generations, with a GRP walkway running the full length of both sides over the hypalon tubes.
The cabin layout accommodates up to 15 people with four individually mounted Ullman Dynamics racing seats fitted with shock-absorbing systems, bench seating forward and aft, and a head in the bow. The helm console houses twin Raymarine AXIOM 12PRO displays, Raymarine R53 VHF radio, and C Zone digital switching. Additional equipment includes a Webasto 13,000 BTU air conditioning unit with converter, fresh water tank, deck shower, marine refrigeration and freezer, anchor with windlass, and a swim ladder.
The boat is outfitted with navigation lighting, deck lighting, underwater lighting, search lights, and work lights throughout. JL Audio surround sound is integrated into the cabin. Interior trim features cream Silvertex upholstery paired with sea-deck flooring, while the exterior presents a military green hull with deep black tubes.
