2024 Ranger RT188P

The 2024 Ranger RT188P is an 18.8-foot aluminum runabout built for serious fishing. Powered by a single 115-horsepower Mercury Marine engine, it combines a pad-bottom hull with an offset transom designed to accept dual Power-Poles and a jackplate for confident shallow-water operation and positioning. The hull's keel structure prioritizes strength and rigidity throughout.

The front deck spans extra-wide to maximize stability and working space, with a fiberglass bow panel angled for easy electronics viewing—accommodating displays up to 9 inches. Rod storage consists of a port-side box for rods up to 7 feet and a center stow for rods up to 8 feet 6 inches. An insulated cooler sits forward of the console, paired with a lockable storage box, and all storage lids feature foam insulation on the underside.

The cockpit layout includes twin footboards and a storage step up to the front deck. The fuel tank has been relocated beneath the seats, freeing bilge space for pumps, props, and batteries. The rear deck features expanded storage boxes for additional gear capacity.
