The 2024 Ranger Tugs R-31 CB is a semi-displacement fiberglass trawler built for extended cruising and comfort. At 31 feet in length with a 10-foot beam, it delivers a good balance of seaworthiness and maneuverability. Power comes from a Volvo D4 diesel engine rated at 320 horsepower, enabling a cruising speed of 18 knots and a maximum speed of 21 knots.

The layout includes three cabins and two heads, providing comfortable accommodation for families or cruising partners. The boat is rigged with an electric windlass for ground tackle handling and draws power from six AGM batteries arranged in four banks, supporting extended time away from shore.

This yacht has seen active use on extended passages, including a 3,000-mile round trip to Alaska waters prior to being relocated to Maine.
