The 2024 Ranger VS1782SC Angler is a 17' 8" center-console sportfishing boat built on a fully welded aluminum hull with 0.125-inch thickness and foam-filled construction. The wood-free robotically welded transom and flotation levels exceeding Coast Guard standards provide structural integrity and safety. Powered by a Mercury 150 HP Pro XS engine, the boat is paired with a single-axle Ranger trail trailer with swing tongue and spare tire.

The layout prioritizes both comfort and fishing capability. A 12-gallon front baitwell and divided 29-gallon rear livewell with aeration keep bait and catch fresh and accessible. Massive storage compartments throughout the boat reduce the need to leave gear behind.
