The 2024 Regal 38 SAV is powered by triple Mercury 400 V10 engines delivering 1,200 horsepower. The fiberglass hull is finished in white with a Bimini blue bootstripe, while the interior features titanium upholstery accented in Bimini blue. With 610 hours on the engines, this boat carries two years of Mercury warranty remaining.

Navigation and electronics are comprehensive. Dual Garmin 8622 plotters, a Garmin 4-foot open array radar, a B60 transducer, and a Garmin 110 VHF radio handle chart plotting and communication. A FLIR M232 pan-and-tilt thermal camera provides enhanced visibility. Digital switching controls the systems throughout.

The entertainment and comfort package includes an upgraded JL Audio stereo system, KVH 5 satellite television access, and a cockpit television.
