The 2024 Scout 231 XSB is a 23-foot center-console bay boat powered by a single 300-horsepower Mercury gasoline engine. Built from fiberglass, it combines the practical layout of a dedicated fishing platform with an aggressive, modern design.

The boat is outfitted for serious fishing work. It features a patent-pending Scout Post thru-hull bow anchor pole and accommodates up to five removable backrests—two forward and three aft—for crew comfort.
