2024 SeaVee 420Z

The 2024 SeaVee 420Z is a 42-foot center console powered by quad Mercury 400 V10 Verado engines with 777 hours of operation and gold warranty coverage through February 2029. The boat features electric steering with joystick and autopilot, a full Key West tuna tower with controls and kite box, and Gemlux outrigger bases with carbon fiber poles and spreader bars. A SeaKeeper 5 gyro with lithium batteries and 3000-watt inverter provides stabilization and onboard power. Additional systems include a bow thruster with dual-station control, engine flush system, shore power with onboard charger, fresh and raw water outlets positioned at the bow and midship, and custom dive doors on both port and starboard sides.

The console layout combines fishing and comfort features. Twin transom livewells with aquarium windows and a forward floor well with two sea chests support extensive tackle storage. Twenty console rod holders and forty-one gunnel rod holders—including two swivel mounts and seven electric reel outlets—provide rigging space. The mezzanine aft includes a custom cooler seat with tackle station, while helm seating features teak ladder-back chairs. Eight gunnel drink holders and custom upholstery throughout complete the setup.

Electronics include two 24-inch Simrad NSO EVO3 displays and a 16-inch NSO EVO3 at the helm, with a 12-inch Simrad NSS EVO3 at the tower. Navigation and sounder systems comprise Simrad Halo 3004 radar, S5100 sounder, 2-kilowatt transducers, and dual network sounders. Two ICOM 400BB radios provide communication. Lighting consists of two Lumitec bars, compartment lighting, multi-color undergunnels, and five underwater RGBW lights. The JL Audio premium sound package, FLIR night camera, and Marine Guardian 2.0 tracking and security system round out the onboard equipment.
