The SilverCat 36M is a 118-foot aluminum catamaran built to Lloyds class A100, designed by Espen Oeino. Powered by four Volvo Penta diesel engines with quad IPS drives and joystick control, the yacht reaches 24 knots and cruises at 18 knots with notably low fuel consumption. The shallow draft and 978.5 square meters of combined internal and external volume allow access to anchorages inaccessible to comparable monohulls, while the 483-ton displacement delivers stability and efficiency uncommon in yachts of this size.
The accommodations feature eight cabins and nine heads, arranged around a full-beam owners suite with dedicated foredeck. Spaces throughout are generous and light-filled with extensive glazing. The aft deck includes a heated 5.5-meter pool and jacuzzi with dedicated recirculating system, usable as either a swimming and leisure area or seating platform.
Built from recyclable aluminum with Tier III North American emissions compliance, the yacht is engineered for straightforward maintenance and low operating costs. The design supports operation by a small technical crew with additional hospitality staff as needed, and tolerates extended cruising in remote areas with minimal shore support. The yacht is brand new with full shipyard warranties.
