The 2024 Skeeter SX230 is a 23.5-foot composite bay boat powered by a single 250-horsepower Yamaha SHO engine. With 71 hours of operation, the boat comes equipped with dual lithium and starting battery systems, an onboard charger, and networked electronics including a Lowrance HDS 12 Pro and VHF radio, paired with a Garmin Bluetooth stereo and four 8-inch speakers. Navigation and shallow-water capability are enhanced by a Minn Kota 36-volt trolling motor with spot lock and foot pedal control, complemented by dual 8-foot power poles and trim tabs.
The boat is outfitted for fishing with dual livewells, generous tackle storage beneath the helm seat, and additional flip-forward storage in the console. A sliding cooler mount accommodates the included Engel cooler, while the bolstered helm seat features a flip-up foot rest. The 36-volt Atlas lithium battery system runs via Bluetooth, and a removable boarding ladder is included.
Accommodation and protection include a large removable bimini with stainless hardware, full boat cover with separate engine cover, and a helm console quick cover. The engine has been consistently flushed and runs on non-ethanol fuel only. The boat comes on a dual-axle Ameritrail trailer with surge brakes and carries a factory warranty through August 2028.
