The 2024 STERK 31 is a 32-foot performance center console built on a fiberglass, double-stepped deep-V hull. Twin Yamaha 300-horsepower engines power the boat, delivering the speed and agility the design promises. The progressive hull incorporates strategic spray rails, negative chines, and distinctive hook rails at the stern to reduce heeling, enhance cornering stability, and minimize spray—all refined through extensive computational fluid dynamics testing.

The helm station features sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support for both seated and standing operation, paired with an angled dashboard designed to reduce glare and maintain visibility at speed. The main deck centers on a convertible U-shaped lounge that converts to a sunbed, creating an open social space for dining and entertaining. Passenger seating with a leaning function provides comfort during cruising. Bow and cabin storage compartments keep gear organized throughout the boat.

The SUPERSPORT edition emphasizes refined finishes: classic white hull with silver accents, almond Nautilus upholstery, and EVA soft-teak decking. The boat carries a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a CE-certified fuel tank, and a foldable boarding ladder. The design accommodates up to nine passengers and provides ample deck space with generous sunbeds and a spacious cockpit area.
