2024 Waterlodge Apart M

The 2024 Waterlodge Apart M is a 27-foot, 6-inch houseboat built on a composite hull with a single 25-horsepower Yamaha outboard. Designed for year-round waterfront living, it combines modern comfort with practical design in a compact, low-maintenance package.

The single-cabin, single-head layout centers on an open living area with a contemporary kitchen featuring induction cooktop, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The bedroom and bathroom are appointed for residential use. Radiant heated floors, AC and heating in both living and sleeping spaces, and dimmable LED lighting throughout support comfortable four-season operation. A front deck and rooftop terrace with stainless steel railings provide outdoor space.

Equipment includes six solar panels, a Victron 5000-watt inverter, integrated camera system, Tuya smart security alarm, and composite decking. A television installation is included, along with sleeping lights and window blinds throughout.
