The 2024 Wellcraft 202 Fisherman is a 20-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single 200 hp Yamaha engine. The boat's design balances fishing capability with family use, featuring a tiered bow platform that allows effective casting from multiple angles while providing additional legroom for passengers. The helm seat flips aft to open up lounging space when not actively running the boat.

The cockpit layout prioritizes both function and comfort. An oversized changing room offers ample space to switch gear or stow larger equipment without interfering with boat handling. Flip-up seating for two includes built-in storage underneath, which converts to additional casting space when the seats are stowed. A removable 72-quart cooler serves double duty for storing the day's catch or provisions.

The boat comes equipped with a removable T-top that provides shade across the cockpit and can be taken off for convenient storage in a garage. A single head is included for onboard facilities.
