The W43 is a 45-foot open bowrider from Wiszniewski Yachts, built by a European yard with over 35 years of OEM manufacturing experience for major boatbuilders. This model represents the company's first self-branded yacht—a modern-classic design combining stepped, deep-V hull engineering with hand-finished construction and vacuum-infused composite work. Power comes from triple Mercury 300 hp V8 outboards on this example, with a standard twin 400 hp V10 option available; the design targets efficient cruising in the 30- to 40-knot range with composed handling and genuine seakeeping ability.

The open deck layout centers on a flexible cockpit with powered drop-down bulwarks that extend the usable deck footprint. Forward is a broad sunpad with integrated shark-hull windows and a concealed bow ladder. The helm sits under a vacuum-infused hardtop with an electric Webasto opening roof, three-place electric bench with air-conditioned console, dual SIMRAD NSO16 EVO displays, Mercury DTS joystick control, ZipWake interceptors, and a bow thruster. The cockpit features a wet bar with electric grill and drawer refrigeration, an L-shaped lounge with a power-lowering table that converts to additional sunpad space, and an optional SureShade system. The full-beam Opacmare swim platform at the stern includes integrated steps and transom gate, with underwater lighting.

Below deck is a single open-plan cabin with a full-size berth (or sofa option) and large hull windows, finished in meticulous woodwork with skylight, dimmable lighting, and mirror-mounted TV. A separate head includes a full shower. Fuel capacity is 1,125 liters with 250 liters fresh water and 110 liters grey water. Optional cabin air-conditioning and Webasto diesel heating are available for extended-season use.
