2025 Bavaria C46

The 2025 Bavaria C46 is a modern cruising sailboat built on a fiberglass hull, measuring nearly 46 feet in length with a 15-foot beam. Designed by Cossutti Yacht Design, it combines responsive performance with solid construction. The boat is powered by an upgraded 80-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine paired with a folding propeller, offering a balanced blend of speed and fuel efficiency. Electric engine controls ease docking maneuvers.

Below deck, the layout comprises three cabins and two heads, both equipped with electric freshwater toilets. The Nordic Oak interior and Ocean Line flooring establish a clean aesthetic throughout. A Webasto water heating system allows independent climate control in each cabin and living space. Fresh water capacity of 554 liters supports extended cruising comfort. The saloon features an electrically lowering dining table, premium mattresses, and a galley with a 160-liter two-drawer refrigerator. Ambient lighting is distributed across the saloon and cabins, with USB charging points in each.

The boat carries comprehensive navigation electronics: twin B&G Zeus3 12-inch multifunction displays at both helm stations, two Triton² screens, a B&G Wind Vane, DST 800 depth and speed transducer, and B&G autopilot with wireless remote. Dual battery banks—one 95Ah and two 180Ah service batteries—supply 12V power, supported by a 40Ah charger and 230V shorepower integration. Rigging includes a Selden single-line mast with two levels of spreaders, a self-tacking Dacron foresail, and a Selden self-furling headsail system. Four Lewmar winches—two electric at the mast, two manual at the helm—handle sail trim. A retractable bow thruster, electric anchor windlass with 75 meters of stainless steel chain, and full semi-offshore safety equipment for eight are included. The cockpit benefits from an NV Equipment bimini and roof canopy, integrated hot and cold shower, and a concealed barbecue grill. Additional features include leather-wrapped stainless handrails, gray upholstered cockpit cushions, and a telescoping swim platform with B-Box access.
