2025 Boston Whaler 160 Super Sport

The 2025 Boston Whaler 160 Super Sport is a 16-foot fiberglass runabout powered by a 90 hp Mercury 4-stroke EFI engine. The boat reaches 40 mph at 6000 RPM and planes in 3.3 seconds, accelerating from 0 to 30 mph in 7.8 seconds. It accommodates up to six people and carries 19 gallons of fuel.

The layout features dual aft swim platforms, a lockable storage compartment forward of the console, and flexible seating configurations. The console includes a 45-quart cooler, navigation lights with a rope guide, and a no-feedback steering system integrated with Vessel View Mobile. The boat comes with a galvanized trailer equipped with radial tires, swing tongue, and spare tire mount.

Standard equipment includes an aluminum propeller and battery box with hold-down strap. Optional features available include a white hull, chrome graphics, split bow rail, white rub rail with stainless steel insert, synthetic teak boarding steps, and a top-side fuel tank. The boat's hull design incorporates a new rear-accent color option.
