The 162 JLS is a 16-foot center console built on a modified V-hull with a full liner, designed for shallow-water operation across bays, creeks, and rivers. The hull shape delivers a stable, comfortable ride while the boat's compact beam makes it responsive and easy to handle in tight quarters. Power comes from a single 90 hp Suzuki engine.

The boat accommodates up to four people and is outfitted with practical fishing and family amenities. Diamond-pleated upholstery, stainless steel hardware, and molded-in storage compartments throughout keep the interior durable and organized. An 18-gallon live well supports extended time on the water, while a three-step telescoping stern ladder provides safe, easy water access.
