The 2025 Carolina Skiff 178 JLS is an 18-foot center console built on a modified V hull with a full liner, engineered for smooth handling across shallow bays, creeks, and rivers. Powered by a single Suzuki 115 hp gasoline engine, the boat is supplied with a stainless steel propeller matched to correct RPM and includes two hours of break-in time. An aluminum Magic Tilt trailer with alloy wheels comes with the boat.

The 178 JLS accommodates up to five people and places the operator at a center console position. The design balances comfort with function: a full liner hull absorbs chop, diamond-pleated upholstery provides durability, and stainless steel hardware resists corrosion. A molded-in storage layout keeps gear organized, while an 18-gallon live well serves anglers. A three-step telescoping stern ladder makes water entry and exit straightforward.
