2025 Carolina Skiff 21 Ultra Elite

The 2025 Carolina Skiff 21 Ultra Elite is a 20.75-foot center console built from fiberglass with a modified V-hull designed for stability across varying water conditions. Powered by a 150-horsepower Suzuki outboard engine, it delivers efficient performance for fishing, cruising, and water sports. The boat comes finished in Sea Foam with a T-top and includes a trailer.

The layout combines comfort with practicality. Wraparound upholstered bow seating with removable cushions provides a relaxed space forward, while the helm features cushioned seating and intuitive controls. An ultra leaning post with backrest, rod holders, and integrated cooler anchors the stern. Storage is distributed throughout—molded anchor locker at the bow, bolded bow storage, under-gunnel rod storage with LEDs, and a 20-gallon bait well aft. A removable bow table and backrest add flexibility to the layout.

The boat is equipped for serious fishing and everyday cruising. Eight rod holders are distributed across the console and gunwales, with under-gunnel storage featuring LED lighting. A raw water wash-down system, telescopic boarding ladder, non-skid deck and floor surfaces, and LED bow and stern lights support fishing operations. Sea Star hydraulic steering and Teleflex shift and steering cables provide responsive control. An AM/FM Bluetooth radio with four speakers, battery switch, and plug-in 12/24-volt trolling motor connection round out the core systems. Battery and fire extinguisher are included.
