The 2025 Cobalt R4 is a 24-foot fiberglass bowrider built on a deep-V hull designed for day cruising, skiing, and watersports. Powered by a single Volvo Penta V8 sterndrive engine, the boat weighs approximately 5,290 pounds and carries 50 gallons of fuel. It accommodates up to 13 passengers with a total load capacity around 2,100 pounds, making it suitable for family outings and group water activities.

The layout prioritizes social seating with convertible loungers, multi-position sunpads, and an upscale cockpit. The helm features a dual-screen Garmin glass system for navigation and control. A notable design element is Cobalt's flip-down swim step, which improves water access and provides additional lounging space at anchor. Standard touches include an integrated swim platform, Bluetooth sound system, and stainless steel hardware throughout.
