2025 Custom Hank's 40 Houseboat

Hank's 40 is a 40-foot luxury houseboat with a 14-foot beam, built to serve as a full-time or vacation floating home. The design centers on open, modern living with 8-foot ceilings and upscale finishes throughout. Two bedrooms and one bathroom provide sleeping quarters for up to five overnight guests, while the second bedroom includes a Murphy bed that converts the space into a dedicated office area. Over 600 square feet of outdoor deck space is built in for entertaining, grilling, and waterfront views.

The galley features solid surface countertops, full-size appliances, and integrated storage. The bathroom is finished with premium tile or marble shower surround, an elegant vanity, and a marine-grade Raritan toilet. The main living area opens to water views and is positioned as a relaxation focal point of the layout.

Standard equipment includes a washer and dryer, LED lighting throughout, electric fireplace, surround sound system, filtered reverse osmosis drinking water system, and single-engine power. The houseboat is designed to run on shore power hookup, simplifying operation and utilities management for extended waterfront living.
