This 30-foot aluminum pontoon combines entertaining space with overnight accommodation. The layout features a 12-foot houseboat cabin with full furnishings, a 12-foot forward deck with pontoon furniture and bar seating, and a 14-foot upper deck with a collapsible railing system, boarding ladder, and bimini top. The pontoons measure 28 inches in diameter.

Power comes from a single Suzuki 90 hp outboard with 69 hours of running time. The boat reaches a top speed of 20 knots and sits on a tandem trailer.

Onboard systems include 12-volt and 110-volt electrical with a generator and shore power capability, air conditioning, pressurized water system, and microwave. Audio equipment and ambient lighting are installed throughout. The main deck is constructed from Coosa never-rot material. As a 2025 model, the boat has never been titled.
