2025 Don Smith Power Boats Custom 55'

This is a 2025 Don Smith 55-foot center console — a fiberglass hull built for offshore fishing and cruising. Don Smith designs are recognized for speed and rough-water performance. The boat is supplied as a hull with an extensive package of components and hardware already assembled, allowing the buyer to move directly into the finishing and rigging phases rather than waiting for initial fabrication.

The build package includes a full array of seating options: triple-wide helm and second seat frames with bucket seats, adjustable gas struts, and various midship and side bucket configurations. Deck hardware comprises a heavy-duty bow rail and hard white PVC rubrail with stainless steel inserts and end caps, plus a complete swim platform kit with stainless mounts. Ten stainless steel port lights with frames and screens are included, along with two 24-inch diameter deck hatches for ventilation and access.

Interior components supplied with the hull cover galley and head functions: a stainless steel galley sink, a 10 by 16-inch stainless master sink, a dedicated stainless bowl for the salon head, and a complete master head assembly. A Combo Matic 6200 washer/dryer unit is included. Cabin, master, and head doors come finished and ready for installation. Mechanical systems include brass tillers, steering cylinders, and rudder spacer plates in stainless steel, plus engine intake vents and an anchor shoot.

A dedicated steel transport and storage trailer is available to support the build process. Twin Nanni diesel engines are available by quotation to complete the powertrain.
