2025 Excel 1860 Shallow Water F4

The 2025 Excel 1860 Shallow Water F4 is an aluminum runabout purpose-built for shallow water performance with a Mud Buddy surface-drive motor. The hull features a slick bottom designed to glide efficiently over skinny water, logs, mud, and vegetation with minimal resistance. Its triple-taper chine delivers exceptional turning capabilities, while the 17-degree transom provides superior mud motor trim control. The innovative F4 step deck—a signature Excel feature—allows easy entry and exit, with the raised platform serving as a vantage point for hunting dogs.

The 18-foot boat offers a full-flat floor and high front deck with dedicated storage zones. Equipment includes a front deck fuel tank storage area, gun and rod storage boxes, a fold-down adjustable stand-up bar, and a starboard gunwale storage tray with cup holder. A full bow rail system runs the length of the deck. The hull is welded and riveted throughout with full-length longitudinal 2" × 4" ribs in 6063 alloy for structural strength.

Standard features include full flotation, navigation lights, a recessed light control panel with interior courtesy light and 12-volt power, and an 800 GPH bilge pump. The aluminum construction allows choice of khaki or OD green finish. The extruded gunwale features a rubber rub rail and slotted interior for accessory mounting flexibility.
