2025 Fountain 38 SCX

The 2025 Fountain 38 SCX is a high-performance center console built on a composite hull, powered by three Mercury Verado 400R outboard engines delivering 1,200 horsepower total. The boat reaches a top speed of 70 mph and cruises at 55 mph, combining the capabilities needed for offshore fishing and extended cruising with the handling and maneuverability of a modern center console design.

The cockpit features joystick control and electric autopilot steering through Mercury's JPO system, paired with a leather-wrapped wheel. The hardtop provides weather protection and shade forward and aft with electric SureShade fabric options. Twin stand-up bolsters at the helm offer commanding sightlines, while the cabin includes one head and sleeping berth. Accommodation below is compact but functional for overnights or day trips.

Equipment includes a Garmin 8612 chartplotter, night vision camera, JL Audio sound system with optional subwoofers, and an automatic engine flushing system. A through-hull windlass with anchor and rode kit, dive door with ladder, and optional canvas covers round out the setup.
