The 2025 G3 Gator Tough 1648 LW is a 16-foot aluminum jon boat built for shallow-water work and recreation. The welded construction uses .100 gauge marine-grade aluminum with one-piece heat-tempered extruded ribs, reinforced corner and transom braces, and a textured non-skid deck. Stamped-in keels and bow eyes provide additional durability, while the desert brown enamel finish protects against the elements.
