2025 Gator-tail 1854 Extreme

The 2025 Gator-tail 1854 Extreme is an 18-foot aluminum runabout built for shallow-water operation. Powered by a single 40 hp Gator Tail engine with just under 40 hours of running time, the boat features the manufacturer's Extreme Series hull design engineered for performance in challenging environments—mud, stumps, vegetation, and narrow backwater passages—while maintaining a stable, comfortable ride.

The boat is outfitted with a Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor and a Garmin 9-inch ECHOMAP SV fishfinder and chartplotter. A front light pod and additional upgrades round out the package. The combination of shallow-draft capability and electronics support both hunting and fishing applications in hard-to-reach waters.
