The 2025 Grady-White 251 Coastal Explorer is a 24.6-foot center console bay boat built on a hand-laid fiberglass hull with a composite stringer system and water-impervious transom. Powered by a single Yamaha F300 outboard, it delivers serious capability for fishing and coastal cruising. The hull comes finished in Ocean Mist Blue gel coat, and the boat features a self-bailing cockpit with dual drains, nonskid fiberglass liner, and all stainless steel deck hardware through-bolted for durability.
The open layout includes a casting platform with cushion forward, a bow table, and an aft center backrest. Twin insulated fish boxes with drain plugs sit forward on the port and starboard sides. The cockpit is equipped with eight stainless steel drink holders, blue LED lights, a recessed freshwater shower, and hydraulic trim tabs with indicator and retractor. Low-profile 316-grade stainless steel grab rails run at the bow and stern.
Safety and systems are comprehensive: dual automatic bilge pumps rated at 2,600 gallons per hour, dual batteries with a select switch, an engine flush system with hose attachment, and basic flotation. The electronics package includes a Garmin Dual GPSMAP 1243xsv with 12-inch touchscreen chartplotter and sonar combo, built-in BlueChart G2 and LakeVu HD maps, plus a Garmin Airmar B60M bronze through-hull transducer. Underwater lights and a windshield wiper are fitted as well.
The boat includes a tandem-axle aluminum trailer with hydraulic surge brakes on both axles, disk brakes, aluminum wheels, guide poles, LED lights, and ratchet tie-down straps. All rigging comes factory-completed and ready to run.
