The 2025 Grady-White Canyon 271 is a 27-foot center console built on the manufacturer's SeaV2® hull, a design featuring variable deadrise for a stable, dry ride across changing sea conditions. Twin Yamaha F300 FourStroke outboards deliver 600 horsepower combined, with Helm Master® EX system providing joystick control and Set Point® positioning. Maximum speed reaches 56 knots, with a cruising speed of 30 knots.

The layout prioritizes both fishing capability and family comfort. The cockpit provides dedicated angler space with a lean bar and rod holders, rigging station, insulated fish box, and livewell. The bow features cushioned seating with foldable backrests. A head compartment is integrated into the console. Generous storage throughout includes lockable rod storage and organized gear compartments. A port-side cockpit door with boarding ladder provides access for fishing and water entry.

The helm station accommodates multiple large-screen electronics with a scratch-resistant acrylic windshield. Integrated stereo speakers and the wide beam with high gunwales support both fishing operations and family entertaining. This new build combines offshore capability with the practical features expected in a modern center console.
