The 2025 Grand G500HLF is a 16-foot rigid inflatable boat built on a fiberglass deep-V hull with a five-chamber design. Powered by a Honda 115 hp outboard engine, it accommodates up to 10 passengers and carries a maximum load of 2,200 pounds. The hull features self-bailing anti-skid decking and is hand-laid for durability, with a deadrise of 21 degrees forward and 18 degrees aft that provides capable wave-handling performance.
The boat includes a steering console with windshield, helm seat, and storage, outfitted with a dashboard ready for electronics up to 9 inches. Seating comprises a deck-integrated aft sofa with a removable bow sundeck set, both furnished with cushions and backrests. The 90-liter fuel tank is integrated into the structure, and standard equipment includes an anchor locker, bow and stern storage compartments, integrated cupholders, handrails, cleats, and towing eyes. A pump, paddles, and maintenance kit are supplied.
This model comes equipped with optional features including Arctic Grey Hypalon tubes, grey and black Seadek non-slip decking with graphite and taupe upholstery, dual swimming platforms with boarding ladder and handrail, and a watersports towing arch. The steering system is mechanical with an upgraded performance wheel, and black powder-coated metal hardware is fitted throughout. An EZ Loader trailer is included.
