The 2025 HellKats widebody is a 32-foot high-performance catamaran built on advanced composite engineering and powered by twin Mercury Racing 300R outboards. Its hull employs HellKats' proprietary infusion manufacturing process, combining E-glass, epoxy, and closed-cell foam with an exclusive 100% carbon grid system and carbon matrix laminate construction. This lightweight, reinforced platform is paired with a carbon fiber top deck and cockpit, delivering strength and responsive handling engineered for offshore conditions. Mercury Racing CNC cleaver props, AMS midsections, and zero-effort controls complete the powertrain setup.
The cockpit accommodates five passengers in individual carbon fiber bucket seats wrapped in premium upholstery with Alcantara accents. A carbon fiber dash and center console establish the helm with a race-inspired aesthetic, while the layout integrates both performance and comfort. SeaDek flooring spans the cockpit and transom for durability and grip, and sealed storage compartments provide secure space for gear. Carbon fiber hatch lids, cupholders, and sunshade poles maintain visual cohesion throughout.
Technology and comfort systems include a Garmin 19-inch multifunction display integrated with Mercury VesselView, plus a rear passenger Garmin display for navigation data. A Wet Sounds premium audio system with REVO8 and REVO12 speakers, multi-channel amplifier, and Fusion Apollo stereo delivers entertainment. RGB speaker lighting and Shadow-Caster underwater and gunnel lighting transform the boat's appearance on the water and at dock. Multiple USB-C charging ports are positioned throughout the cockpit for convenience.
The boat is equipped with dual high-volume bilge pumps, a 120-gallon fuel system, and an included trailer. White hull finish and premium anodized hardware complete the build.
