2025 Highfield Sport 420

The 2025 Highfield Sport 420 is a 13.92-foot rigid inflatable with an aluminum hull and a 20-degree deadrise design for dry, stable performance in rough conditions. Built with welded lift strakes and a chromated, powder-coated aluminum frame, the hull is designed to handle beaching on rocky shores. The boat comes with a roll/tow bar and features white hull with black and grey trim over white diamond-stitched cushions with carbon flint bolsters.

The console layout prioritizes comfort and functionality. The tinted windshield, grab rail, and optional carbon dashboard create an ergonomic helm station with space for a 7-inch flush-mount chartplotter. The deep rear seating and cockpit offer more legroom than comparable boats in its class. An extra-wide bow boarding step with split navigation lights and recessed stainless steel folding cleats makes deck access straightforward. Self-draining cockpit design keeps water off the deck.

Storage is organized across four dry compartments with hydraulic-assist lids, including an extra-deep area beneath the rear seat. An integrated 14.5-gallon EPA fuel system sits under the deck. Deck surfaces finish in brushed EVA foam with a teak appearance. The boat carries standard amenities: LED deck and panel lights, electrical pack with bilge pump, stainless steel folding davit lifting points, and a full-length keel guard. Welded towing bridle points attach directly to the hull. The boat is rated for up to 8 persons and can accept engines up to 75 horsepower.
