The 2025 Hobie iEclipse is an inflatable standup paddleboard powered by pedals rather than paddles. At 11 feet long and 3.33 feet wide, it combines portability with performance through high-tech diagonal dropstitch construction that inflates to 10 PSI, delivering rigidity comparable to a solid board while remaining ultralight and packable.
The extra-wide standing platform features EVA pads underfoot for stability in varied water conditions. Propulsion comes from the MirageDrive GT pedal system, which translates each step into forward motion with minimal effort. Steering is handled by a one-handed lever system attached to the handlebar, allowing responsive directional control.
Setup and transport are straightforward. The board breaks down into a two-piece handlebar and deflates for storage in the included rolling travel bag. A high-pressure hand pump and high-volume electric pump come with the package, giving you options for inflation whether you're at home or on the road. The complete kit is designed to fit in a vehicle, travel trailer, or airplane cargo hold.
