The Inmar 530RHD is a 17-foot 8-inch rigid inflatable built for serious work in challenging conditions. Its composite hull features 1.2mm reinforced "Hypertex" material with double-layer tube bottoms (3mm total) designed to withstand beaching on rocky shores. The 22-inch oversized tubes maximize buoyancy and provide a dry ride, while the heavy-duty non-skid aluminum floor system creates a rigid walking surface across the expansive open deck. The boat accommodates up to 12 persons and carries 2,985 pounds.
Power comes from a Yamaha 40-horsepower 4-stroke EFI engine mounted on a reinforced fiberglass transom with an oversized aluminum plate. The tiller-handle control includes integrated trim/tilt and RPM adjustment. Fuel injection enables reliable cold-weather starts. The reinforced transom and RF-welded seams reflect commercial-grade construction.
Safety and durability are central to the design. Six independent air chambers with individual over-inflation valves provide redundancy on open water. Interior and exterior lifelines, stainless steel tow rings, an integrated bow handle, and 15+ stainless tie-down D-rings offer secure attachment points for gear. Multiple neoprene-covered carry handles make handling easier. The aluminum floorboards are braced with anodized stringers for a completely rigid platform.
A Walmsley single-axle galvanized trailer is included, equipped with tall guide poles for controlled loading in wind or current conditions.
